Salary:
The salary details for the position of Junior Engineer (JE) are as follows:
- Junior Engineer (JE): Rs. 35,400/- per month
- Additional Benefits: HRA, DA, TA and other benefits as per Punjab Govt. norms.
- Increment: Annual increment as per punjab govt. rules
- Other Allowances: Allowances as per Punjab Govt. rules and 7th CPC norms will be applicable.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025):
- Junior Engineer (JE): 18 to 37 Years
- Age Relaxation as per govt. rules.
Selection Process for PSSSB JE Recruitment 2025:
- Written Test: Candidates who successfully apply online for PSSSB JE will be called for an Objective Type Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) written test.
- Merit List Preparation: The PSSSB JE merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written test.
- Certificate Verification: Candidates will be called for certificate verification based on the merit list, as per category-wise vacancies decided by the Board.
- Final Selection: Only after successful verification of all certificates and fulfillment of all eligibility criteria, candidates’ names will be recommended to the concerned department based on the available vacancies.
