Education Qualification for ECIL Apprentice Recruitment 2026:
For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices (TA):
- Candidates who have passed 3 Years Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Diploma obtained on or after 01/04/2023
For Graduate Engineer Apprentice (GEA):
- Candidates who have passed B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Qualification obtained on or after 1/04/2023.
- Engineering Degree must be from AICTE approved colleges / recognized Indian University.

Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has announced the recruitment of 248 vacancies for Technician, Graduate Apprentice positions:

- Diploma Holders (TA): 48 Seats
Stipend:
The stipend details for the positions of Technician, Graduate Apprentice posts are as follows:
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices (TA): Rs. 8,000/- per month
- Graduate Engineer Apprentice (GEA): Rs. 9,000/- per month
Age Limit (as on 31 December 2025):
- Apprentice: 18 to 25 Years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST Category Candidates: 5 Years
- OBC (NCL) Category Candidates: 03 Posts
- PwD (40% and above disability) Category Candidates: 10 years
Selection Process for ECIL Apprentice Recruitment 2026:
- Based on the online applications form, applicants will be called for original certificates verification at CLDC-ECIL Hyderabad, Telangana.
- The applicants called for certificate verification shall require to present the following original certificates mandatorily with a set of Xerox copies at the time of document verification:
- i. Online registered ECIL Apprentice application form duly signed by the applicant and with recent color passport size photo affixed.
- ii. All original documents in support of NATS Registration, his / her date of birth identity (Government issued only like Passport, Driving Licence and Aadhaar Card etc.), Educational Qualification, Latest Disability (PwD) & Caste certificates (wherever applicable).
- iii. Category Certificate in support of SC/ST/EWS/OBC (NCL) in the prescribed proforma as hosted on www.ecil.co.in official portal.
- After successful certificate verification, Apprentices selections will be done based on the qualifying examination marks merit (i.e. B.E./B.Tech. consolidated marks for Graduate Engineer Apprentice (GEA) and Diploma consolidated marks for Diploma Apprentices).
