The stipend details for the position of Operator are as follows:
- Operator: Rs. 22,000 – 90,000/- per month
Selection Process for HAL Operator Recruitment 2025:
- The selection process will be held through a written exam.
- The date, time, and venue of the written exam will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email.
- Selection of the applicants will be done based on the Marks scored in the Written Exam only, in the order of Merit.
- The number of applicants called for Certificate Verification will be limited to the number of Posts notified (Category/ Discipline wise).
- The Written Exam will be of 2 hours 30 minutes duration.
- The written test will be in 3 parts, comprising of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Part-1 will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness, Part-2 will consist of 40 questions on Reasoning & English. Part-3 will consist of 100 questions related to the concerned discipline.
- Each question carries 1 number, and there is no negative marking.
