Education Qualification for NALCO GET Recruitment 2026:
- Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Technology with not less than 65% marks in aggregate for General/EWS/OBC (NCL) and 55% of marks for PwBD/SC/ST category taking average of all the semesters/years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester/year by the University/Institute. - M.Tech. in Applied Chemistry
- No prior experience is required. Fresh graduate candidates with a strong academic record are eligible to apply.

Salary:
The salary details for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) are as follows:
- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET): Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- per month
- In addition to Basic Pay, trainees shall be entitled to DA, perquisites under the cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, bachelor accommodation, and superannuation benefits as per the rules of the Company.
